Designer – Hospitality Custom Rugs & Carpet Art of Floors | Cartersville, GA Art of Floors designs and manufactures custom rugs and Axminster carpet for luxury hotels and commercial hospitality spaces. We partner directly with interior designers to create exceptional custom flooring solutions through a seamless, collaborative process focused on creativity, quality, and flawless execution. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality interiors, custom design, textiles, color, and bringing visionary concepts to life. What You’ll Do Collaborate with hospitality and interior design clients to develop custom rug and carpet concepts Create and revise design presentations, renderings, and colorways Assist with project development from concept through production Participate in “Designer to Designer” discovery meetings with clients Work closely with the Art of Floors team to ensure design intent, budget, and timelines are achieved Prepare layouts, specifications, and production-ready files Stay current on hospitality design trends, materials, and color direction Qualifications Background in Interior Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field Strong sense of color, pattern, scale, and composition Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or commercial interiors experience is a plus Passion for custom design and collaborative creative work Why Art of Floors Collaborative, design-focused environment Opportunity to work on luxury hospitality projects Creative freedom and direct client interaction Growing company with a personalized, relationship-driven approach Work with a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional service #J-18808-Ljbffr Art of Floors
