Senior Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with Adobe Campaign and Adobe product experience to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT support team, collaborating closely with various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst


Location: Owings Mills, Maryland (work on site 2 days a week)

Duration: one year plus contract

What's the Job?

• Perform analysis, design, implementation, and support of business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into technical specifications for developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects as part of project teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Data analysis and ETL analysis experience (such as data modeling, Informatica, SnapLogic, or other data analysis experience)
• Adobe Campaign V7 or V8 experience
• Adobe product experience (Adobe Experience Cloud such as AEP, FAC, Campaign or Analytics)
• Manual testing experience including developing test plans and test cases
• Basic knowledge of programming languages to understand code and functions.
