We are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, observant, and capable of interacting professionally with staff, visitors, patients, and the public. Job Responsibilities Monitor assigned properties and surrounding areas Conduct routine foot patrols Maintain a visible security presence Observe and report suspicious activity Write detailed incident and daily activity reports Assist with access control and visitor management Respond appropriately to emergencies and disturbances Provide excellent customer service at all times Requirements Must possess a valid Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security License DCJS certification is required before employment Must have reliable transportation Must have strong communication skills Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Must be able to pass a background screening Preferred Qualifications Previous security, military, law enforcement, or medical facility experience preferred but not required CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling Professional work environment Additional site opportunities available for qualified officers Serious applicants only.
