WHO YOU ARE
Youre a cook who takes pride in your craft and wants to keep getting better. You thrive in a professional kitchen care about the quality of the ingredients you work with and understand that consistency organization and teamwork matter just as much as the finished plate.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of professional line cook experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant hotel or comparable kitchen
• Strong proficiency on multiple stations including sauté grill plancha fry and/or garde manger
• Ability to independently set up execute and break down a station to established standard
• Experience with scratch cooking butchery and fabrication sauces stocks and proper cooking techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety sanitation product handling labeling and rotation
• Ability to execute consistently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and presentation
• Experience helping train or support less-experienced cooks is a plus
• Open availability and willingness to work in all meal periods: breakfast brunch lunch dinner and banquets & catering.
• Compensation is based on relevant experience demonstrated skill level and station proficiency.
