The Production Manager / Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing daily production operations while ensuring equipment, facilities, and work areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Production Manager
* Supervise daily production activities and workflow
* Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met
* Train and support employees, including individuals with disabilities
* Monitor safety compliance and maintain an inclusive work environment
* Coordinate materials, supplies, and production schedules
* Maintain accurate production records and reports
Maintenance Technician
* Perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic facility issues
* Coordinate with management when specialized repairs are needed
* Conduct preventative maintenance programs
* Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe operating condition
