Responsibilities Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient appointments. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care. Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance. Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and resolution of issues. Ensure accurate completion and timely forwarding of patient charts. Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Comply with federal and state regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue the queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications, educating patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and complete E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols. Complete all mandatory compliance training to maintain quality of care. Adhere to the company core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve patient experience and care. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and provide an overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training. Support new employee training through job shadowing and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees to create a positive work atmosphere. Perform the physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions specified on the physical demands of the position. Follow company standards of operations and promote a respectful culture of confidentiality. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Possess proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of four shifts per month. Full‑time Employees are required to work twelve‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Experience Levels Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician‑assistant. Level 2: Nurse practitioner or physician‑assistant with over 1 year but less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: Nurse practitioner or physician‑assistant with over 5 years but less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: Nurse practitioner or physician‑assistant with over 10 years of experience. Education & Licensing Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active license and DEA, in good standing, verifiable with the proper regulatory agency. DEA required for all providers; if limited by state law, DEA must be obtained within 120 days. DOT certification required within 120 days for full‑time and part‑time providers. Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements needed. Must comply with company compliance training. Qualifications & Preferences At least 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice. Experience with telehealth clinical practice preferred. Eligibility Restrictions Mississippi residents only: Fast Pace requires pre‑employment drug/alcohol testing.
