Senior Associate

Our client, a leading investment firm is hiring a Senior Associate to join their Enterprise FP&A team in Stamford, CT. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants real ownership, not just a seat at the table. You'll run budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for a defined set of internal entities, and you'll be trusted to build and maintain complex 3‑statement models with a high bar for accuracy and auditability. What you’ll be doing: Owning monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Building and maintaining P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models Preparing executive reporting packages that turn numbers into a clear story Partnering with department heads on financial analyses that shape real decisions Applying AI tools and automation to modernize how the team plans and reports Working inside OneStream (or a comparable CPM platform) as your day to day system What you’ll bring: 5‑7 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or large/complex/multi‑entity FP&A Advanced Excel financial modeling chops, i.e. 3‑statement modeling OneStream, Workday Adaptive, or Dynamics 365 experience A genuine interest in using AI and automation to work smarter, not just faster Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and holding your own in the room This is a firm that treats technology as a force multiplier, not an afterthought, and wants someone who takes pride in the craft and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
