WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Product Integrity Analyst brings deep quality expertise, supply chain perspective, and advanced analytical judgment to improve product quality and the consumer experience. This person independently leads complex analyses across the product lifecycle, connects data to business and supply chain context, and translates ambiguity into clear insights that shape priorities and decisions.

The ideal candidate is a trusted thought partner who is curious, collaborative, and confident navigating complex quality, supply chain, product, and analytics topics. They frame high-impact questions, identify meaningful patterns, influence cross-functional partners, and raise the capability of the team by sharing expertise and advancing Nike product and Product Engineering knowledge.

WHAT YOU WILLL WORK ON

• You will lead complex quality analyses across product creation, materials, manufacturing, testing, issue management, consumer feedback, and marketplace performance to identify emerging trends, systemic risks, and high-impact improvement opportunities.
• You will translate analytical findings into compelling quality insights, clear recommendations, and decision-ready narratives that influence cross-functional leaders and business priorities.
• You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to Product Integrity leaders and subject matter experts, applying business, product, quality, and process context to challenge assumptions and strengthen decisions.
• You will lead analytical support for complex product, material, and process investigations by connecting quality signals with product attributes, process conditions, root causes, and marketplace outcomes.
• You will define and evolve dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and recurring reporting that provide scalable, reliable visibility into quality performance and enable proactive action.
• You will establish and steward data definitions, governance practices, and quality standards across multiple sources to improve metric consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and trust.
• You will shape requirements and partner with Technology and Analytics teams to advance data pipelines, automation, reporting solutions, and scalable self-service capabilities.
• You will apply analytical and AI-enabled tools to accelerate pattern recognition, test hypotheses, generate insights, and prioritize quality opportunities, while using sound judgment to validate outputs.
• You will lead or influence continuous improvement initiatives that prevent recurring issues, reduce defects, strengthen process effectiveness, and improve consumer-facing quality.
• You will own analytical workstreams and manage competing priorities by evaluating business impact, urgency, data readiness, dependencies, and stakeholder needs. You will also share best practices and help build analytical capability across the team.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role works within Product Integrity and collaborates with leaders and partners across Product Creation, Materials, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketplace, Consumer Insights, Technology, and Analytics. The Senior Analyst serves as a connector and trusted advisor, aligning quality experts, product teams, and technical partners so insights lead to coordinated action and measurable improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training
• A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex analyses, interpreting quality signals, assessing product or process risk, and influencing improvement priorities and decisions.
• Strong supply chain experience and a systems-level understanding of how product, material, manufacturing, and operational decisions shape quality performance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to frame ambiguous business questions, evaluate evidence, test hypotheses, identify systemic patterns, and recommend a clear path forward.
• Experience using data to uncover quality trends, anticipate risks, size opportunities, and articulate business and consumer implications.
• Experience designing and scaling reports, dashboards, scorecards, or visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for multiple stakeholder audiences.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Databricks, Python, Alteryx, or comparable data preparation and analytics tools, including the ability to work with complex data environments.
• Experience applying automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled tools to scale insights, strengthen decisions, and improve team workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex quality and analytical information into concise, actionable recommendations and influence technical and non-technical audiences, including leaders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate differing perspectives, and drive alignment across functions and regions.
• Ability to independently lead multiple high-priority workstreams, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Deep knowledge of footwear or apparel products, materials, product creation, testing, manufacturing, and quality processes.
• Experience leading analysis across large, complex, or disconnected datasets and improving data quality, governance, or reporting efficiency at scale.
• Working knowledge of quality systems and standards, issue management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and quality governance, with experience applying them to product or process decisions.
• Experience scaling automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, or expand self-service capabilities.
• Experience influencing outcomes in a global, cross-functional product environment and coaching or mentoring others through analytical work.
