Labcorp – Phlebotomist Float Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing. We are seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Brown Deer, WI. Job Details Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 4:30am-7:00pm and rotating Saturdays Work Locations: Brown Deer, Oconomowoc, Appleton, West Allis, and Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely Process billing information and collect payments when necessary Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Carry out administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Proof of Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency (if lacking experience) Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable transportation At least 21 years old Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service record Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working under minimal supervision Flexibility to work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Ability to work under minimal supervision Float Incentive and Benefits Float Incentive: Additional $2.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
