Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)
StartDate: 5/18/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2313.00 - $2384.00

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
OT-MI
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work historyLicense, BLS, and SNF experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience and 1 year of experience are preferred.
