Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 3-5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology RN experience required.

Required Credentials: Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80% or national benchmark, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license to receive the travel rate. Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Vaccine/Tdap declinations are not accepted.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have been separated from Ascension employment for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling: Variable shift start time of and shift end time of . Call based on department needs: currently 1-2 weekday nights and 1 weekend a month 1700 Friday - 0700 Monday. Holidays covered by call as needed.

Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites if needed.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
