Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or training in pelvic floor therapy required. Candidates combining pelvic floor with orthopedic skills are preferred.
• Ability to work typical outpatient clinic hours, weekdays with flexible start/end times and no weekends.
• Willingness to coordinate coverage and ensure no solo clinic coverage.

Position Overview

• Role focus: Pelvic floor therapy or combined pelvic floor and orthopedics.
• Clinic locations include outpatient facilities in Hallandale Beach area with coverage across multiple nearby clinics.
• Patient population: outpatient orthopedics, common cases include low back, knee, shoulder; some post-op patients; minimal neuro.
• Caseload: ~14 patients/day (up to 16). Evaluations 1:1 for 60 minutes. Follow-ups typically 2:1 with flexibility for complex cases to be 1:1. PTA support
• Growth opportunity: potential to increase involvement in cash-based services.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• New graduates: targeted salary range available, with higher consideration for exceptional candidates.
• Experienced clinicians: targeted salary range depends on background.
• Bonus structure available with options for lower base plus incentives.

• $1,000 continuing education stipend.
