You manage the flow of the dining room while acting as the dedicated ambassador for our off‑premise guests. Key Responsibilities The Welcome: Enthusiastically greet and seat guests, managing the waitlist with a "team‑first" mentality to maximize efficiency. The Carry‑Out Experience: Own the phone and online ordering process. Ensure every carry‑out order is organized, accurate, and packaged with care. Stage Management: Keep the entryway and host station pristine and organized, ensuring our "stage" always looks its best. Results‑Oriented Communication: Provide accurate wait times to guests and clear updates to the service team to ensure a smooth flow of service. Qualifications The "On Stage" Factor: Professional appearance, a confident voice, and a natural ability to multitask under pressure. Detail Obsessed: A drive for results that ensures every carry‑out bag contains exactly what the guest ordered.
