Key Responsibilities Provide friendly customer service and product explanations Restock products and maintain inventory accuracy Create and update promotional materials (POP displays and signage) Support merchandising and product displays Monitor sales trends and provide ideas for promotional activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Receive customer inquiries and support daily store operations Qualifications Customer service experience is preferred but not required Able to work weekends and holidays Strong communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented Authorized to work in the United States No prior anime or collectibles experience is required.
