Trauma-Informed Direct Care Associate
Refuge for Women
Refuge for Women, a faith-based nonprofit serving survivors of trafficking, seeks a Direct Care Associate to support residents in the program house and uphold the program model. You will help maintain a safe healing environment and assist with day-to-day operations, including crisis response and life-skill development. Success in this role requires strong communication, firm but compassionate boundaries, and the ability to work with staff to ensure residents progress toward independence and #J-18808-Ljbffr Refuge for Women
