Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Outpatient experience required
Value-based care experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary
Salary: $240,000 $270,000+
Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
