Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westminster, CO, for a Retail Sales Consultant. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing tailored solutions for wireless services and products. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, achieving sales goals, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. The role requires an individual who is proactive, customer-focused, and driven to meet performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications Experience in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales Skills in delivering an exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in Customer Service and effectively resolving customer inquiries Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales-driven skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus Prior experience in the wireless industry or retail sales is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Communications
