Job Summary:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will not just support daily operations at our hotel dining outlets—you will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. This hands-on, on-the-floor role works closely with the F&B leadership team to manage, train, and guide line staff across multiple outlets, ensuring that high standards of service, quality, and hospitality are consistently met. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

A typical day in this role involves performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee and participate in daily restaurant, lounge, and cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and immediate compliance with operational policies.
• Deliver Guest Experiences: Monitor product and service quality, greet and escort guests, proactively engage with visitors on the floor, and resolve any guest complaints swiftly and professionally. 
• Lead and Guide the Team: Provide active, on-the-floor supervision, assist with scheduling, assign daily tasks, and mentor team members to foster a productive and positive work culture.
• Event & Banquet Execution: Assist in planning, organizing, and setting up function rooms for events (such as catering, meetings, and dinners) to ensure linens, silverware, and glassware meet exact specifications.
• Financial Integrity: Manage cash handling responsibilities, collect payments, verify receipts, balance registers, and accurately close shifts.
• Revenue Growth: Assist with implementing up-selling techniques and marketing initiatives to optimize profitability and food/beverage sales.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous safety, health, and sanitation guidelines alongside local alcohol awareness regulations (OSHA, ServSafe) to protect guest and team member well-being.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably with a background in a supervisory or lead role within a hotel, resort, or luxury dining establishment.
• Availability: Must be able to work highly flexible hours, including weekends, opening/closing shifts, and public holidays.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills with the ability to converse professionally with guests, leadership, and staff.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform light-to-moderate physical labor, including remaining on your feet for extended shift periods and performing some heavy lifting as needed. 
• Must be 21+ years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with upscale hotel outlets or luxury brand standards (e.g., Hilton Brand Experience).
• Background in Banquet operations and Event Catering.
• Pre-existing certifications in T.I.P.S. (Alcohol Awareness), or the ability to attain one shortly after the date of hire.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) and inventory control property systems.
