RN Registered Nurse

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for weekend shifts. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents. Currently hiring PT, Morning or Mid shift Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents Accurately document all resident care and maintain up-to-date records Collaborate with physicians regarding residents' care plans and necessary modifications Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality personal care Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Provide education to patients and families to support safe discharge planning Respond promptly and efficiently to residents' needs and emergencies Compensation: $42-$47 and is determined base on experience Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Atleast 1 year prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred About Us: Tower Lodge Care Center is one of New Jersey's premier providers of long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.
