Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections. Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify and report non-conforming materials or products. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Perform first article inspections for new products or processes. Support internal and external quality audits. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in using various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T knowledge preferred).
