This individual is passionate and cares deeply about the connections that can be created over a good meal. Their primary goal is to create a heightened culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by elevating unique ingredients and flavors.

Requested tasks:

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation
• Preparing a variety of ingredients and recipes with efficiency and timeliness
• Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation

Requested capabilities:

• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
