This role drives industry engagement, brand visibility, and pipeline growth across our key markets.You'll own event strategy end-to-end—from planning through performance analysis—with a focus on measurable business impact. The right candidate brings strong commercial judgment, experience in B2B (and ideally B2G) marketing, and a track record of using events to generate qualified leads.This role requires both critical thinking and hands-on execution: building an event calendar, managing logistics, aligning collaborators, and crafting repeatable processes. You'll represent Re:Build at events and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence.What You Get To DoBuild and run a national event strategy tied to lead generation and revenue goalsDefine critical metrics, target audiences, and conversion goals for each eventSelect and run the event calendar based on business prioritiesOversee all event execution, from planning through post-event reportingCreate systems for lead capture, qualification, and follow-upPartner with marketing and sales on campaigns, messaging, and staffingDevelop event materials and handle booth assets and inventoryTrack performance (leads, pipeline, value) and improve results over timePlan and complete pre- and post-event outreach to improve impactOrganize company-hosted events for customers and partnersWhat You Bring To The TeamAbility to connect event activity to measurable business outcomesStrong judgment in brand presentation and messagingHighly organized, diligent, and meticulousComfortable owning projects independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and partner management skillsData-driven approach to performance tracking and improvementExperience working across teams and handling challenging prioritiesWillingness to travel frequentlyExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field7–10 years running trade shows and events with validated lead generation resultsExperience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing preferredTrack record of improving event performance and efficiencyFamiliarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with event analytics and reporting toolsThe base salary range for this position is $83,146.18 - $124,719.28 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
