Executive Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership positions. This role is responsible for developing executive search strategies, partnering with senior business leaders, identifying top-tier leadership talent, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Contract Recruiter will support Talent Acquisition initiatives on a temporary basis through December 2026. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned business functions, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

This position is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who can quickly ramp, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support)

• Support multiple requisitions across various business functions with a focus on timely delivery

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

• Provide updates on candidate pipelines, timelines, and market insights

• Support intake meetings and help align expectations across stakeholders

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive and professional experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up

• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide clear guidance to candidates throughout the process

Process & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (e.g., SuccessFactors)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements

• Support consistency in recruiting processes and interview practices

Operational Support

• Assist with reporting, requisition tracking, and pipeline management

• Partner with TA Coordinators and shared services teams for offer and onboarding processes

Required:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)

• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred:

• Experience in corporate/in-house Talent Acquisition

• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)

• Experience supporting multiple business functions or high-volume recruiting
