Winco is a veteran- and family-owned power generation manufacturer dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering opportunities for our team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembler is responsible for assembling generator units, including portable, air-cooled, water-cooled, and PTO builds. This role involves operating machines and equipment such as overhead hoists, power tools, and torque wrenches. The Final Assembler performs teardown, rebuild, fitting, adjusting, and aligning tasks to meet strict tolerances and inspection standards, while following blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. The Final Assembler also collaborates with other operators, engineers, and departments as needed.

Job Interactions and Interface
This role regularly interacts with internal staff in Sub Assembly, Engineering, Test, Quality Assurance, Human Resources

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate hand and foot staplers.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and measurements.
• Operate overhead lifts or cranes.
• Multitask and troubleshoot effectively as situations arise.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a professional team.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Follow strict inspection standards and adapt to procedural changes.
• Train and familiarize with Winco assembly and packing procedures.
• Align daily tasks with deadlines and production goals.
• Assemble generator units ranging from 2KW to 350KW, including portable, air-cooled, water-cooled, and PTO builds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
