We’re looking for Spanish bilingual candidates for a brand-new program with a VERY quick turnaround!
✨ Position Details:
• $20/hr
• Inbound CSR (Customer Service Representative) support
• Availability needed between 8am–8pm
• Supporting customers with their WiFi services/plans
• Great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and customer service experience!
What we’re looking for:
✅ Fluent Spanish/English bilingual candidates
✅ Friendly and professional phone presence
✅ Comfortable assisting customers and troubleshooting basic service questions
✅ Reliable attendance and flexible availability within operating hours
Candidates will need to pass a Spanish assessment. The assessment is sent through TrueNorth directly to their email, so once we get you scheduled for an interview, I can get everything sent over quickly
