About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Operations to lead and enhance its internal operations, ensuring the execution of regional priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports the organization's ambitious student impact and talent goals. This includes strategic leadership, managing internal operations, overseeing budgeting and financial tracking, and leading both internal and external communications. The role demands a passionate individual with a strong background in education, operations, project management, or organizational leadership, and a proven ability to manage complexity, drive clarity, and ensure strong execution across functions. Applicants for the Managing Director of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' of experience in a relevant field, with a Bachelor's degree required. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in project management, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a high level of responsiveness and collaboration. While not mandatory, experience in nonprofit or education settings, as well as familiarity with the company's systems and structures, is preferred.
