Job Summary Position Title: Manager, Platform Enablement Number of Positions Needed: 1 Length of Contract: Through Dec 2026 Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office, Tue.-Thurs.) Job Type: Contract Salary: $55 - $69 per hour Work Hours: 9am to 5pm Education: Bachelor's degree Top 3-5 Skills Cross-functional stakeholder management - Ability to work effectively with business, technology, operations, compliance, and design teams Agile delivery leadership - Experience leading sprint planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and supporting iterative delivery Platform/product enablement mindset - Understanding how to support platform strategy, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement Communication and translation skills - Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment Technical fluency - Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud is a plus Responsibilities Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements Lead sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives for their PRM product area Coordinate discovery and delivery activities across technical, design, and business teams Collaborate with Area Product Owners to refine outcomes and prioritize team objectives Partner with Technical Product Owners to validate feasibility and ensure readiness for development Shape MVP scope and delivery plans through hypothesis-driven planning and team experimentation Escalate risks, blockers, or shifts in scope to Area Product Owners for resolution Drive continuous alignment across business, compliance, and technology stakeholders Support release planning and readiness in collaboration with business and technical teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in a technical product owner or analyst role with experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry preferred Hands‑on familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms Strong understanding of platform lifecycle management and cross-functional delivery Experience with stakeholder management, process improvement, and issue resolution Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, or other patient data regulatory frameworks is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
