Specialty Representative, Dermatology - Nashville, TN

Field-based specialty representative role selling dermatology products to healthcare providers in the Nashville, Tennessee region. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing territory accounts, building customer relationships, and meeting performance targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and sales tactics to meet financial targets and key performance indicators in assigned territory
• Develop and execute call plans with SMART objectives, handle customer objections, and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding needs and developing disease state experts and advocates
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, customer landscape, and disease dynamics with internal teams
• Differentiate company value proposition and optimize coverage frequency to maximize access and sales opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business (or five years industry experience with three years pharmaceutical experience minimum)
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales with strong presentation and objection-handling skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence peers and build collaborative partnerships
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge in assigned therapeutic area
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• HCIR credentialing eligibility including immunization proof and any state/local license requirements
