Summary

In this role, you will develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Vizient’s portfolio of solutions and services serving healthcare and life sciences clients. You will translate Vizient’s expertise, capabilities, and services into differentiated, commercially compelling offerings by leveraging market, client, industry, and competitive insights. You will partner across service‑line leadership, solution owners, delivery teams, sales, account management, and marketing to position offerings, support commercialization, enable client‑facing teams, and drive pipeline growth, revenue, and client value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for solutions and services, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, packaging, sales enablement, and campaign support.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to define market‑ready offerings, target audiences, value propositions, delivery models, and expected client outcomes.
• Lead offering launches and commercialization initiatives, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, market readiness, sales enablement, and post‑launch performance evaluation.
• Create and maintain positioning frameworks, buyer personas, messaging, solution narratives, and supporting proof points.
• Develop portfolio architecture that clearly communicates how Vizient’s solutions and services address healthcare and life sciences client needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client insight activities to inform offering strategy, commercialization priorities, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing teams to develop training materials, presentations, proposal content, campaigns, and thought leadership aligned to offering strategy.
• Partner with delivery and account management teams to identify measurable client outcomes, develop case studies, and ensure market‑facing messaging accurately reflects delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and translating strategic objectives into actionable commercialization plans.
• Analyze commercialization metrics, pipeline performance, sales engagement, and client feedback to continuously improve positioning, packaging, and go‑to‑market execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in B2B solutions, services, portfolio, or product marketing supporting professional services, consulting, advisory services, managed services, data and analytics services, or other complex enterprise solutions required.
• Demonstrated experience packaging and positioning complex capabilities into differentiated, commercially compelling offerings.
• Experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, storytelling, positioning, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across delivery, sales, account management, marketing, and business leaders while influencing without direct authority.
• Healthcare or life sciences industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
