Shift Leader

We have an opening for a Shift Leader position. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision. Shift Leader Responsibilities Maintains a positive working relationships and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures Engaging and resolving customer complaints Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs Managing team member performance and staffing needs Managing day to day cash responsibilities Overseeing daily inventory needs Executing catering orders and unique customer needs Qualifications and Requirements Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues This Chick-fil-A® Restaurant is operated by an independent franchised business owner who makes their own employment decisions and is responsible for their own content and policies.
