High‑Reach Order Fulfillment Operator
Join Express Employment Professionals and step into a role where your focus, balance, and attention to detail keep goods flowing. Imagine starting your shift with equipment checks, harness clipped, and the cherry picker rising smoothly to 30–40 feet. From that vantage point, you’ll locate items, step carefully onto elevated racking when needed, and ensure every pick is precise. Between cycles, you’ll support shipping, receiving, and inventory—moving with purpose in a fast-paced warehouse.
What your day looks like- Operate a cherry picker / order picker (paid, hands-on training provided)
- Pick and relocate materials at heights up to 40 feet
- Step onto elevated racks to retrieve product safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling
- Thrive in a high‑volume, energetic warehouse environment
To succeed here, you must be comfortable working at heights of 30–40 feet and moving onto elevated racking as part of normal picking tasks.
Pay and schedule options- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $19/hr
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $20/hr
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $21.88/hr — work only 3 days per week!
- Comfort working at heights (REQUIRED)
- Strong hand–eye coordination and careful attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety
- Warehouse or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
- Paid training to get you certified and confident
