Location: Woodbridge, VA (Dumfries & Manassas locations also available)

Status: Full-Time | Permanent

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm | No nights | No weekends

Compensation: $115,000 - $132,000 commensurate with experience

Purpose

To deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality women's health and gynecological care services to underserved and vulnerable populations — reducing health disparities, improving patient outcomes, and strengthening the health of women in the communities we serve through integrated, team-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, patient-centered women's health consultations and develop effective treatment plans that achieve high patient satisfaction and measurable clinical outcomes
• Provide comprehensive gynecological care including well-woman exams, prenatal care, contraception counseling, STI screening and treatment, menopause management, and colposcopy
• Manage acute and chronic gynecological conditions with evidence-based clinical decision-making
• Conduct community health assessments and develop strategies to improve women's health service delivery to underserved and hard-to-reach populations
• Collaborate seamlessly with medical, dental, and behavioral health team members to ensure integrated, whole-person patient care
• Integrate eClinicalWorks and Azara health technologies into daily practice to streamline patient data management, reporting, and population health tracking
• Lead and participate in women's health promotion activities, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts to expand access to care
• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and compliant electronic medical records in accordance with FQHC documentation and billing standards
• Report to the Chief Medical Officer and contribute to the clinical excellence and mission of the organization
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical team meetings, and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia Nurse Practitioner license and current board certification — required
• Women's Health NP (WHNP-BC) certification preferred | FNP with strong women's health focus also considered
• OB/GYN or women's health clinical experience — required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a community health, FQHC, or women's health setting — preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver care in a culturally competent and sensitive manner — required
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records systems and telehealth tools — required | eClinicalWorks experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with underserved, vulnerable, or diverse patient populations — strongly preferred
• DEA certification — required or ability to obtain
• Bilingual English/Spanish — a strong plus
