Join our dynamic team at The Little Gym of Northern Virginia as a Member Experience Team Member! In this exciting role, you will create a welcoming environment for families while ensuring a top-notch experience for our members. Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with members and their families upon arrival.
- Assist in scheduling classes and managing enrollment processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Promote upcoming events and programs to enhance member engagement.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support instructors during classes and activities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service/sales or recreational settings is a plus.
