If you are passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact, this role provides an excellent platform for both personal and professional growth.Responsibilities:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Provide timely and effective assistance with IT-related issues.Guide customers remotely through system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.Show a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to users via email, phone, and messaging services.Have knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms, such as Microsoft Office 365.Possess a basic understanding of networking concepts.Be familiar with computer hardware, common software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications, would be advantageous.Qualifications:Required:Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret ClearanceTypically requires an Associate’s degree or similar technical training, and at least two years of related experience.Must possess technical skill and knowledge in computer hardware and software.Additional training will be required to support legacy systemsDesired:A+ CertificateSecurity+ CertificateSoftware knowledge/experience with Active Directory, VPN troubleshootingSecurity Clearance:Must have a current favorable determination based on a closed T5 Investigation.Physical Demands:Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Ability to lift 25 pounds. The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.Minimum Required Hourly Wage:$27.63There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
