Amova Care is seeking a compassionate and culturally aware home health aide to provide in-home support to an elderly Muslim client living with dementia in Naperville, Illinois. This part-time position emphasizes person-centered care that respects the client's dignity, faith, and Islamic values. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) including personal hygiene with sensitivity to modesty and privacy requirements Provide light housekeeping and laundry services Prepare and serve halal-compliant meals Administer medication reminders and support Apply dementia-specific care techniques, including redirection and behavioral support Provide emotional support and companionship Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to supervisors Required Qualifications Reliable transportation Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Willingness to pass background check and complete agency training Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with dementia care Understanding of Muslim cultural and religious practices What We Offer Part-time flexible scheduling Ongoing training and professional development support Compensation: $18–$20 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
