Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the House Supervisor position. This role focuses on providing clinical backup for the Emergency Department, with additional responsibilities in Med Surg and Special Care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support in the Emergency Department.
• Oversee patient care activities in Med Surg and Special Care units.
• Coordinate with medical staff and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day operations of nursing administration.
• Facilitate communication between various departments and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license, with acceptance of pending licenses.
• Experience in critical care or emergency services is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment effectively.

Shift Information:

This position requires night shifts of 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Candidates must be flexible and able to accommodate scheduling needs.

Additional Information:

• Guaranteed hours are subject to the client's ability to cancel shifts without penalty.
• Local candidates are not accepted. Candidates must be willing to travel beyond a 100-mile radius.
• RTO (Request Time Off) is ideally limited to no more than 5 days.
• This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, community-based hospital with certifications in trauma and acute stroke care.
