Evening SMT Programmer — IPC‑Driven PCB Assembly Expert

Rocket EMS is seeking an SMT Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain programs for SMT equipment used in PCB assembly. You will support NPI builds, production runs, and continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring machines are set up correctly, feeders are optimized, and programs meet customer and IPC standards.
