Delivery Lead

Position Summary Seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple AI and GenAI initiatives. The role will manage day-to-day delivery activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.

• 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
