ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing direct patient care in a critical access facility with a focus on intensive care unit responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-2.
• Float to medical-surgical units as needed with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
• Participate in on-going education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) required.
• Ability to float to other units based on skill set and facility needs.
• Must possess reliable transportation for commuting between assignments.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Working Conditions

This role involves working 3x12-hour shifts during the day, from 07:00 to 19:00. Scrubs are provided for operational needs and personnel are expected to maintain professionalism in attire.
