Corporate Communications & Project Coordinator

A well-established biotechnology company is seeking a Corporate Communications & Project Coordinator to support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a highly regarded organization while working on a variety of communications and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal communications projects and manage timelines.
• Create, edit, and publish content on the company intranet (SharePoint).
• Assist with employee announcements, presentations, newsletters, and digital communications.
• Support digital signage, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, designers, and vendors to deliver communications materials.
• Track projects, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Monitor communications metrics and prepare reports.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Corporate Communications team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
