Required Skills:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for 8+ hours
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong safety mindset

Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with operating machinery or tools
Basic knowledge of safety and OSHA standards
Experience with shipping, receiving, or sanitation tasks

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous work in production, assembly, or related fields is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:

Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
Adaptability to work in environments with moderate noise and variable temperatures
Flexibility to work some weekends or overtime based on production needs
