Pay: $13.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, Regular
Schedule: 18 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

As a Retail Associate, you'll help turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community while providing excellent customer service, processing merchandise, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. What You'll Do

Greet customers & donors and provide friendly, helpful service

Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately

Assist donors with donations according to center policy

Sort, process, hang, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise

Move priced merchandise to the sales floor, display areas, or other designated locations.

Keep the store clean, safe, and organized

Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals

Other duties as assigned

Training Provided

Paid training on register and store procedures

Ongoing coaching and support from store leadership
