Salaried at $115,000 to $130,000 and eligible for a discretionary 10% of salary bonus based on performance.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, acute care, or a related healthcare setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Assisted Living communities.

Thorough understanding of nursing practice standards, nursing administration principles, and clinical care delivery models.

Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to effectively lead nursing operations in a complex healthcare environment.

Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies, procedures, and clinical programs.

Proven success managing regulatory compliance, survey readiness, survey outcomes, and corrective action initiatives

Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to high standards in all interactions.

Takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and leads with accountability.

Builds trust and strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.

Leads with empathy, respect, and emotional intelligence while fostering a positive team culture.
