Location: Newport, NC
Position: Part Time
Pay: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour + $500.00 90-day sign on bonus and 50% pay for last minute client cancelations Schedule: Monday through Friday. Current hours are approximately 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the school year, hours shift to approximately 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Saturday opportunities from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
- Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Newport service area
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children and families thrive
