This position is for a Nuclear Med Tech at the University of New Mexico Hospital. The shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with 5 shifts per week for a total of 40 scheduled hours. The job order starts on 07/06/2026 and ends on 10/05/2026, lasting for 13 weeks.

The position requires no RQI certifications and no locals within 100 miles. COVID vaccination is required, with religious and medical exemptions accepted upon completion of a COVID exemption form signed by a provider.

The position is open to first-timers and does not require weekend shifts. National certifications required include ARRT N or NMTCB, ARRT R, BLS, NM State License, and PET license is preferred. Call need is minimal, with current call hours from 1600 to 0600 M-F and 6am to 6am (24hr) for weekends.

The facility is a Level I Trauma, teaching, children’s hospital, short term, acute care with 554 staffed beds. Cerner is the charting system used, and parking is free.
