Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.00–$28.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00AM–3:30PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Machine Assembler – TruLaser? You’ll be:

• Performing complex mechanical machine assembly on laser production lines
• Reading and following blueprints, part lists, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics
• Using precision measuring tools in both inch and metric systems
• Troubleshooting assembly and mechanical issues during builds
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Supporting process improvements and production efficiency initiatives
• Following quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies
• Participating in team meetings and implementing decisions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in machine tool assembly OR 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or service
• Can read blueprints and basic schematics
• Are skilled in using accurate measuring devices
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Have attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Are able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/reaching
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Have experience with electrical wiring assembly, computer literacy, or a forklift license (preferred)
