The role is full‑time, 10‑hour shifts, and includes a competitive base salary ($760–$900 per week) plus commission and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile. Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and labor efficiency. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness throughout the establishment. Complete an 8‑12 week paid training program, including ServSafe Certification. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred 2 years of restaurant management experience, particularly in quick‑service settings. Strong leadership, time‑management, and team‑player attitude. Open availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work 10‑hour shifts.
