This role combines insurance sales and customer service , but sales is a key focus . You'll work with new and existing customers to identify insurance needs, recommend solutions, generate referrals, and help grow our agency.

✔ Generate new business through calls, referrals, follow-ups, and prospecting

✔ Quote and sell insurance products based on customer needs

✔ Cross-sell and multi-line existing customers

✔ Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email

✔ Ask for referrals and identify new sales opportunities

✔ Provide excellent customer service and assist with policy questions and changes

✔ Build strong, long-term customer relationships

✔ Meet individual and team sales and performance goals

✔ Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
