Job Description Job Description The Chiropractic Administrative Assistant/Billing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting a small administrative team by managing a blend of billing and administrative duties. This position ensures smooth office operations through payment processing, insurance claims management, appointment scheduling, and delivering excellent customer service to patients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate billing processes and handle payment processing efficiently
Schedule and manage patient appointments using scheduling software
Handle insurance claims submissions and follow-up
Maintain and update accurate patient records
Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
Perform general office administration tasks to support daily operations

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical billing and administration
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with medical billing and insurance claims processing
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
