Production Manager

Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to operate, monitor, and maintain whey processing equipment in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll follow GMPs and food safety standards, perform quality checks, support sanitation and CIP, and accurately record production data. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, safety-focused team to meet output and quality goals while troubleshooting basic issues and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
